Independent Travel (Risk Management Program)

Program Description:


Belmont is committed to supporting faculty, staff, and graduate students who engage internationally on Belmont-related functions.  This form should be completed and submitted for any individual conducting international Belmont-related travel.

Note: If a group is traveling, the Travel with Belmont students form should be completed instead of the Independent Travel form.
